Tsukino's brother, and also a student of the prestigious Sorami Private Academy (a school for the rich and a neighbor to Sorami Junior High school).

Personality

Like his sister, he is arrogant, and is usually delivering sarcastic remarks regarding the Sorami Junior High students. However, spending time with Tomoki and the others, he stopped looking down on them and began to see them as his equals, spending time with them whenever Tsukino would grow angry with him.

Plot

He is a skilled violinist, and also wanted to date Ikaros, at least while in the second cultural festival that is shown in the manga only, but a year later, he doesn't. In Chapter 67, it's revealed that he holds family in high regard, going as far as to break into the Sugata household in a firetruck, to show his anger at Sugata's parents for their complete disregard of their eldest son. 

Killed by the Ikaros Melan Squad while defending Sugata with Ikaros's Cards in Chapter 73. Like everyone else he was also later revived thanks to Tomoki.
